The existing building constructed in circa 1880 was the former Sydney City Mission. Currenti Constructions was engaged by Aver Project Management to construction manage the  heritage refurbishment bringing the building in line with the disabled access requirements. Currenti Constructions worked closely with Tonkin Zulaikha Greer architects to develop the scope to ensure the clients functional requirements as a photography studio are delivered.
