A fast tracked project that was programmed around the Christmas school holiday period. The works completed in 4 weeks included the full refurbishment of all bathrooms and the staffroom inclusive of new ceiling and roof heights that incorporated new skylights.

Currenti Constructions understood the complexities of the project and won the tender based on a non-conforming tender, the alternative product Whiterock eliminated the need to demolish walls and curing times of conventional building materials.

Whilst the main school was on holidays Currenti Constructions need to be sympathetic to the needs of the holiday care programme so a safe clean work environment and mandatory Working with Children Check sought to ensure compliance.
