Currenti Constructions has been engaged by AVER and Spotless to refurbish and fit out the commercial café/kitchen for the Glaxo Smith Kline building located in Ermington. The works include demolition and replacement of the stainless steel bench, café alterations and installation of the new appliances. With the construction time frame of 3 days only, pre construction management between consultants, the client and sub contractors is a key component to successfully completing this project.
