ANDREW’S HUB
BUDGET: $5m
- The project is a world first with cutting edge technology revolutionising digital media
- Full N+1 redundancy for power and air conditioning
Currenti Constructions worked collaboratively with NEP Australia to secure the digital broadcast playout facility at Eveleigh under a competitive bid process.
Currenti Constructions, acting as a client side project manager and building contractor, co-ordinated the design management, project feasibilities, authority approvals, landlord approvals, tenancy relocations and construction works.
With a floor area of 1,100m2, the project involves converting an existing warehouse to a high spec production space. The scope involves new dedicated AC, dedicated power with UPS, ATS, backup generator with both AC and power all with N+1 redundancy.
The strength of the NRL Bunker and Homebush Warehouse relocation saw Currenti Constructions convert this opportunity in an open book negotiated approach.
