The project involves the design and construction of new amenities, increased size of a roller shutter and 3m high palisade fencing with sliding gates as the building upgrades for Goodman’s existing tenant Harry The Hirer.

The works are being undertaken in various areas of a working industrial shed ensuring “business is as usual” for Harry The Hirer. This involves coordinating works with daily business activities and complying with the estate building and safety requirements.
