Currenti Constructions was engaged to strip-out a 3 storey residential terrace turning it into a hi-tech artistic office space. Working closely with architect Andy Carson, Currenti undertook the design coordination, authority approvals, procurement and construction management from project inception through to handover ensuring the clients workspace and functional requirements were met.

The scope of works includes the full strip-out of existing building taking it back to a raw shell, a modern warehouse style fit out including new amenities, steel framed glazing and stairs, new services through-out, fire upgrades, new flooring, new workstations and bespoke furniture ready for the marketing team to fill the space.
